A large supermarket on the roundabout in the direction of Benitachell. Generally good quality, helpful staff, low prices, very limited international range. Closed Sundays and Holidays.
Carrefour Market
In the direction of Teulada alongside the Cepsa petrol station and Lidl. Good quality, average prices, open Sundays during summer.
Masymas
Smaller supermarket on the main road into Moraira. Average prices, open Sunday mornings.
SuperCor Exprés
Useful convenience store on the roundabout in the town centre. Ideal for late arrivals. Good quality, high prices, open every day until 2am.
SuperCor
A large supermarket on the edge of Javea, part of El Corte Ingles. Excellent quality meat and fish, good selection of wines, higher prices. Sunday opening varies.
Consum
Along the main road in Teulada. Good fish counter, good quality and low prices. They also do telephone orders over €75 on 965 740 229.
Clothing, Accessories and Gifts
Jakarta and Ale Hop
Jakarta sells a small range of accessories and is located in the town centre. Ale Hop, in the centre of Moraira, Javea and Calpe (the shop with the big cow outside) is packed with gifts, games, accessories and footwear
Adolfo Dominguez
The nearest Adolfo Dominguez store is on the main shopping street in Calpe. A small, friendly store with good quality clothes for men and women.
Galerias Aitana
Small department store in the centre of Calpe. Very limited range of clothing here but you may find some gifts and accessories.
La Marina, Finestrat
Large shopping centre in Finestrat near Benidorm. Just off junction 65-A on the AP-7 motorway alongside Carrefour. Shops include international brands such as Zara, Springfield, C&A and H&M. Free parking and a nice Italian restaurant on the top floor for lunch. Closed Sunday
Portal de la Marina, Ondara
Large shopping centre near Denia in Ondara. Just off the AP7 in the direction of Valencia. Shops include international fashion brands and Eroski hypermarket. Restaurants here serve mainly fast food and tapas.
El Corte Ingles
Large department stores located in Valencia, Alicante and Elche. We recommend the one in the centre of Valencia on "Pintor Sorolla" so that you can visit the flower market and see the sights at the same time.
Useful Places
Bank
The nearest bank is underneath the Pepe la Sal Supermarket, just off the roundabout on the edge of the town. There are also many banks in the town centre and most of them have a cash machine.
Post Office (Correos)
The post office is located on Calle Marjeleta in the town centre.
Tourist Information
The tourist information office is located in the big white building next to the main car park.
Fuel
There are two petrol stations nearby. There is a Repsol opposite Opencor in Moraira or Cepsa next to Lidl on the way to Teulada.
Phone/Internet
Along Ctra. Moraira-Calpe near the main car park there is an internet café down the steps. This is one of the cheapest ways to call home
